Section 15 provides a penalty for harbouring a leper.

It is based on the precedent of section 10 of the last named

Ordinance,

Section 16 provides for the appointment of Justices to

a leper Asylum. A precedent for this is to be found in section

C

19 of Ordinance 4 of 1899 (The Prison Ordinance) and in section 6 of Ordinance 6 of 1906 (The Asylums Ordinance).
